Your guests will enjoy listening to Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman and Artie Shaw. You are looking for a theme for your next event? How about Swing The Nite Away. We  come with 2 dance couples to give a demonstration, show the basics of swing dancing and put everyone in a party mood.                                                                          

□ SPIRIT OF NEW ORLEANS □ is a huge success, performing 50 concerts at the F.I.J.M. since 1998, including 9 in 2008. None other than Louis Armstrong perhaps the greatest jazz trumpetist of all time is the inspiration for this group. The trumpet, clarinet, trombone, banjo, sousaphone and drums, create magnificent and joyous music, adding our vocal arrangements makes your next event unforgettable.

 □ SPIRIT OF THE NIGHT □ looks as classy as it sounds. Dressed in tuxedos or suit and tie, the instrumentation of this group is saxophone, guitar and contrabass. (Please see the photo on page 3). We capture the essence of such great composers as George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Antonio Carlos Jobin and Hoagy Carmichael, in our stylized interpretations. We also have a repertory of French and Italian music if asked for. The warmth and versatility of SPIRIT OF THE NIGHT is why it is so popular for cocktail and supper party’s.

My groups come fully equipped including sound system and disco mobile if asked for. If you are holding an out door event we can be mobile, no electrical current necessary.
